Ronaldo, pemburu vampir legendaris, tak menyangka harus bekerja sama dengan Draluc, vampir terlemah di dunia yang bisa langsung berubah jadi debu hanya karena serangan sepele. Aliansi yang sama sekali tidak diinginkan ini justru menyeret mereka ke serangkaian kekacauan kocak yang tak ada habisnya.
